The Gordon Lectures

For several editions of Dr. Gordon's seminal work, Learning Sequences in Music, GIA commissioned him to provide audio lectures to serve as summaries of the material to assist readers with the dense material. Gordon provided lectures for the following editions of the book: 1980, 1984, 1989, 1993, 1997, 2007, and a supplement for the final edition in 2012. 

The 2007 edition (including the supplement) is available for purchase at GIA. However, all other editions are out of print. These lectures provide amazing insights into Gordon's thinking at various stages of his career, and are quite valuable for the MLT practitioner. GIA has graciously allowed GIML to post these lectures here for members only. Enjoy this treasure trove of knowledge!
